Order Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed during the week are often processed the same or next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.
After your order is processed, it is shipped out.
Average delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
Important: The estimated "Ships By" date refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery date. Many customers confuse the two — we want to clarify this upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at HARRINGTON LEATHER GOODS is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add your desired product to the shopping cart by clicking the black "Add to cart" button.
Make sure you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click "Checkout". On the information page, enter your complete and accurate address details. Once done, click "Continue shipping".
On the "Dispatch" page you can review your address details. All shipments are sent completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Then click "Proceed to payment".
In the payment options, you can choose from several secure, SSL-encrypted payment methods:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. No minimum order quantity required.

To maintain fair prices, we ship parcels in large batches once our minimum quantity is reached. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us contribute to a healthier and more sustainable world.
Please note: Due to high order volumes or other factors, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship your order promptly.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or clearance fees once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
HARRINGTON LEATHER GOODS has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
HARRINGTON LEATHER GOODS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please report it and/or file a claim with your shipping carrier.
We use timestamp information from the tracking link provided by the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.
We begin processing immediately, so we cannot make any changes once an order is placed. If it has already been processed by the shipping department, we cannot retrieve or modify it.
